How Much Does a Private Transfer from Athens Airport Actually Cost?

Most transfer companies advertise "prices starting from €45" and leave the rest for you to discover at checkout. Here's what we actually charge, in full, before you book anything.

Fixed routes

Both include every toll on the route. Nothing gets added once you're in the car.

Everywhere else in Greece

We charge by distance, split into four zones based on how far you're actually going, from €1.10/km around Attica up to €1.75/km for long-distance trips like Nafplio or Meteora. The exact rate is calculated automatically once you enter your pickup and drop-off, so you see the real total before you pay, not an estimate.

Private chauffeur by the hour

€60/hour, 3-hour minimum, within Athens and Attica. Useful for multi-stop days, events, or keeping a driver on hand between meetings.

What's actually included, no extra line items

• Free WiFi and chilled water
• 60 minutes of free wait time at the airport, 30 minutes everywhere else
• Live flight tracking, a delayed landing never counts against your wait time
• A correctly sized child seat for any age, always free

What costs extra, clearly stated upfront

• Meet & Greet at the gate: +€15
• A small bottle of champagne for the ride: +€20

That's the entire pricing structure. No fuel surcharges, no "peak time" multipliers beyond the stated night rate, no fee that appears for the first time on your receipt.
