We process this data because it is necessary to perform the transport contract you enter into when booking, and to comply with Greek tax and accounting obligations (including electronic invoicing via myDATA).
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties, ever.
Booking and invoicing records are retained for the period required under Greek tax law (currently five years). Contact details may be retained longer only where you have separately agreed to be contacted for future bookings, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Under GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@chronoroyaltransfer.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
