These Terms govern every booking made through chronoroyaltransfer.com. By completing a booking and payment, you agree to them in full.

1. Who we are

Chrono Royal Transfer is operated by Chrono Royal Transfer IKE, registered in Greece, ΑΦΜ 802862052, ΓΕΜΗ 184155803000, MHTE (Special Operating License, Hellenic Ministry of Tourism): 0206E81001031901, with registered address at 3is Septemvriou 144, 11251, Athens, Greece. 2. The service

We provide private, chauffeur-driven transfers across Greece in an all-electric fleet. Three fare types apply:

Fixed fares for Airport ↔ Center and Airport → Piraeus routes, inclusive of all tolls.
Metered fares for all other one-way routes, calculated by distance zone and time of pickup, with a minimum fare applied regardless of distance.
Private chauffeur hire, billed per hour with a 3-hour minimum, for itineraries within Athens & Attica only. If an hourly booking requires travel outside Attica, the additional distance is charged on the spot at the applicable regional metered rate on top of the hourly fee.

Night rates (22:00–07:00) apply automatically based on the confirmed pickup time. The total price shown at checkout is final. No charges are added after booking except where this document states otherwise.

3. Payment

Full payment is collected online at the time of booking, before the ride takes place, as required under Greek law. We accept payment via Viva Wallet. A receipt/invoice is issued automatically in accordance with our tax obligations.

4. Wait time and pickup

Airport pickups: 60 minutes of free wait time from the stated arrival/pickup time, extendable at our discretion where a passenger can reasonably explain a delay.
All other pickups: 30 minutes of free wait time.
A passenger who does not appear within the applicable wait time, and cannot be reached, will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations and refunds

24 hours or more before pickup: full refund.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: non-refundable.

Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion but are not a matter of policy or entitlement.

6. Right of withdrawal

Passenger transport services are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83 and Greek Law 2251/1994. Our own cancellation policy in Section 5 applies instead.

7. Luggage and capacity

Vehicles accommodate up to 3 passengers with up to 3 medium suitcases. Larger or additional luggage must be confirmed with us in advance; we reserve the right to decline boarding of luggage that was not disclosed and does not safely fit.

8. Liability

We carry standard commercial and passenger liability insurance for all vehicles in our fleet. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, or force majeure.

9. Data protection

Personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
